As a trading company with a seller’s mandate to most major FMCG brands, please keep in mind that when you confirm your order with a prepayment deposit for certain items enlisted in the web store, we require 48 hours period to receive the actual stock in our warehouse from the factory or distribution agent for final inspection and onward shipment during which we will schedule an inspection appointment with you. 

We understand the need for a site visit; however, our warehouse is only open to customers with a paid order number. Therefore, visitation are subject to customers with  a confirmed order number prior to the actual stock being available for pickup or shipment at our warehouse facility.

Through our partnership with international and local freight forwarding logistics companies, we provide efficient transportation services by road, rail, air, and sea upon request to all parts of the globe.
